Hi everyone. I need your help again. How do I talk on Ventrilo? I've set everything up and I know how to get in to the chat rooms but is there a key I have to press to talk? What do I do? Thanks for your help.

well it depends on a few things really. eg. can you hear everyone else talk through your speakers? if so, that's the first issue. Is your microphone plugged in and selected in volume control, and is it turned up in that also? If so and you still can't be heard there are also volume control options to do with the mic in the voice tab of ventrilo.
It's hard to help when we didn't know if you can hear the others OK or not.
HTH anyway! :)
(P.S. Yeah for reaching my 900th post! :)

I think you have to assign a key on your keyboard to be the key that you press when you talk. But I can't remember specifically how to do this as it has been awhile since I set mine up and now I never go on ventrilo.

That is correct and I just use the control key as it is the most common.
